The cosy apartment is located in a quiet area in Graz-Andritz. In the middle of nature, with a little stream in front of the house, you will wake up with birdsongs. Nevertheless, the city center is only a 15-minutes tram or bike ride away.

The apartment is completely furnished and equipped, and offers space for up to 5 persons:

The Neighborhood
Graz-Andritz was once a community on its own before being integrated in the city of Graz. In 5 minutes walking distance to our apartment, there is the "main square" of Andritz, a cute little town center with plenty of shops (Billa, Penny, DM, Bäckerei, Libro, Post), cafés, and a farmers market that takes place on the square twice a week.
Who likes to bike: in less than 5 minutes, the famous "Mur-biking trail" can be reached, which takes you within 15 minutes to the city center of Graz (main square).
In the immediate vicinity of our place there is also a public open air pool, and various other leisure time options for nature-loving people.
