Rental Details
If you only want a short stay in Auckland with a bed, breakfast and shower, I suggest you don't close this page because this is your only choice here. Our room is extremely clean, tidy and cozy as our house is located in a no end road of North Shore.

1. Why do you waste your huge money living in center Auckland instead of paying less money living in my place? You can come to our house through the first exit of Auckland Harbour Bridge, and it is so close and easy. You will not need to bear the noise, air pollution, traffic jam and huge parking fee in center Auckland. 10 minutes! Only 10 minutes you shall take to drive to center Auckland, but cheaper, quieter, safer, more convenient, more comfortable. You will not make wrong choices, easy as!
2. We have a bathtub, a shower room and separate toilet and a bathtub and a shower room are isolated from the separate toilet, which as far as I can see it is very private..
3. We recently bought QUEEN SIZE bed, mattress and quilted electric blanket, which is big enough for you and your little child so that you or your family can have dreams at nights. The more expensive the mattresses and bed are, the better you can sleep. That's why we tried hard to achieve the best we can afford.
4. Very expensive mattress can ensure nice sleeping experience.
5. All sheets are nearly new and exclusively cleaned as we know how they matter to occupants.
6. We use famous brand of Body Wash, Shampoo and conditioner., etc, such as ECO STORE, Comvita., etc., which epitomize the highest standard of New Zealand.
7. 55' LG curved 4K TV.
8. Fisher & Paykel Fridge.
9. Dyson V6 Absolute vacuum cleaner.
10. Electrolux Washer and Dryer.
11. The morning and rainy days of Auckland is too damp? Do not worry. We have Delonghi dehumidifier.
12. Some nights are cold? Do not worry. You can use Delonghi electrical oil heater and gas heater. You shall never feel cold in my house.
13. All electric appliances are all with high standard quality, newly bought and within Owners' thoughtful consent.
14. 24 hours hot drinking water supported by advanced electric constant temperature kettle & bath water available.
15. Superstructure is made of cedar wood. Best quality makes you feel warm in winter and cool in summer.
16. Almost all furnitures are bought from FREEDOM FURNITURE AND HOMEWARES. We choose the best quality of furnitures for you.

2. Walking distance to Chinese supermarket, native supermarket, dairy shop, petrol station and bus station. All you need in your life, easy to arrive.
3. No sharing the drive way with others, and you can safely park your car inside the yard free of the dangerous of bumping your cars.
4. Because of the good facing, it makes this house a warmer place in winter and cooler place in summer.
