Arriving through the cosy entrance with dining tables, you climb the stairs to the living room with sitting area and small balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms are also completely styleful and equipped with all you need. There is ample space for larger groups. The owner lives on the ground floor, but respects privacy and looks after maintenance of the garden and pool. Outside the beautiful house is a spacious garden with fruit trees, a sandpit for the kids, a fire pit and of course the BBQ. You can also relax in the summer house with open fireplace and seats, and the pond, or you can take a refreshing dip in the private pool. You can go shopping in Osečnice (200 m). The landlord rents mountain bikes so you can discover the surroundings in a more sporty way. Don't forget the restaurants and shops in Solnice or Rychnov (7 km). The Eagle Mountains are perfect for hiking and the view is certainly worth it.
