Rental Details
Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that also happens to be a convenient base for travelers.
- Five miles south of the PHX airport (you can drive there in less than 15 minutes, even during rush hour)
- Seven miles from downtown Phoenix (it also takes about 20 minutes to drive to the Convention Center and the rest of downtown)
- Less than half a mile north of South Mountain Park (one of the largest municipal parks in the US, with miles of desert hiking trails)
We currently have two rooms available; this listing is only for one of them unless you are booking for 3 or more people.
We provide clean sheets, pillows, and towels for all guests. There is wireless internet throughout the house. All of the appliances can be available for you to use. Next to the fridge, there is a goodie bar where you are welcome to grab a chocolate or make yourself some coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. There is a hairdryer under the sink in the guest bathroom. We also have an iron and ironing board available for use in the laundry room past the kitchen. There is usually a bicycle or two that you can use.
Many restaurant, fast food, and grocery options are only a 1/2 mile away. The city bus service (Phoenix Metro) stops 1/4 mile north of the house and can take you to the airport or ASU main campus/downtown Tempe. The Legacy and Raven Golf Clubs are just across Baseline Road to the north of us.
The rooms are both on the second floor, which will require going up stairs. Since we have two rooms listed separately, there could be another guest staying in the room next to yours who would share the bathroom with you.
In the evenings, we enjoy going to the climbing gym, running, hiking, playing board games, or watching a movie. Let us know if you have any questions or there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
