Epy House -Luxury Apartment in Rome

Epy House is a lovely and very cosy apartment located on the first floor ( access by marble steps) of a building surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a balcony and a large terrace with a nice patio. A luxury flat of 100 square meters with 2 bed rooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a separate full fitted kitchen. Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has one double bedded room (king size) with en suite bathroom and balcony and a twin bedded room also with balcony. On request 1 more guest can be accepted using the sofa bed that is in the living room. Sleeps up to 4/5 guests.

Apartment is located in the perfect spot with regard to some important catering services and public utilities. Within a few meters there are restaurants, pizzeria, butcher, bar, patisserie, various bakeries, hairdressers, beauty salon, laundry, supermarket, post office and bank with cash machine. For emergency there are few pharmacies, surgeries and one of the most important roman hospital ' Ospedale Sant'Andrea'.

As we live in the same building we are always available to help clients, give all informations they need and if requested, organize a simple breakfast or lunch/dinner or an amazing branch on demand.

The area is very quite and safe and is completely surrounded by the National Park of Veio.
The main airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino ) are 45 minutes distance by private car or taxi. A shuttle service can be organized to pick up the client at extra charge.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from the Labaro tube station with the possibility in 15 minutes to arrive in Piazzale Flaminio/ Piazza del Popolo ( Rome city center). From there you can walk to see most of the major tourist attractions ( Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia, Fori Imperiali, Colosseo and the famous and croweded shopping area,). From Piazzale Flaminio with the tube A, you can go in 5 minutes to Ottaviano, the nearest tube station to St. Peter's and Vatican Museum. The tube service is on up to about 11pm.

With bus 200 from Labaro you can also go to Olimpic Stadio, Stadio Flaminio and Ponte Milvio, center of the roman night life!
