2 separate living areas give ultimate comfort & flexibility. The front living area has a music system and TV, The rear one has new entertainment centre with large flat screen TV/DVD with VHS and Playstation 2.

Dining Areas

Spacious dining area with 6 chairs. The breakfast area next to the kitchen has seating for 4. The outdoor table in the pool lanai has seating for 6.

Bedrooms

Large master bedroom has TV and a King Sized (American) bed with memory foam mattress topper. The bathroom leads directly to the pool deck for convenience during the day.

One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other two are twin bedrooms.

All linen is provided.

Bathrooms

Master suite has double sinks, w.c., big oval bath and large walk in shower, house bathroom has w.c. and bath with shower. Towels and hairdryer are provided.

Laundry

Separate laundry room with washer, drier, iron & ironing board.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen which has dishwasher, cooker & extractor fan, double door fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser), microwave, waste disposal. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.

Games Room

The garage is now a games room complete with pool table, Fooseball (table soccer) and Electronic Darts. This is where you'll also find the villas own set of golf clubs!
