Duplex apartarment (100sqm) for 5 persons in a quiet hill in the center of Lisboa, refurbished by architects in a century building. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, nice views of the city, full of light and sun all day long.
Located near the famous Avenue of Liberty you're within a walking distance from the city's main attractions and have access to all public transports.THe apartment is fully equipped with cable and wireless internet connection, bed linen and house appliances..
The apartment has 2 floors:
i) On the ground floor there is a big hall that separates the 2 bedrooms, one with a toilet and a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is an additional futon bed availalble.
Every rooms has a window and one has a small bacony.
ii) On the upper floor you will find the living room with a long balcony and a bathroom and a kitchen.

THE AREA

Strategically located at the centre of Lisbon's centre it's only a few steps from glamorous Avenida da Liberdade and walking distance from the city's most popular areas, like Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Castelo and Marquês de Pombal.

In August you will be able to go to the artificial beach in Jardim do Torel, 5 minuts from the apartment and with a beautiful view of Lisboa.

The subway station “Avenida” is at the buttom of the street as well as the bus-lines and Rossio train station.
The apartment is a century building build after the Earthquake in 1750. . It's the perfect choice for those who prefer staying in a quiet area, but still only a few meters away from this vibrant city's epicenter. It's completely furnished with abundant light.It has 2 balconies.
The street, typically “lisboeta”, is very quiet and safe. In the next door gardens, sparrows and blackbirds sing all day. But if you wake-up thinking you're somewhere in the countryside, well think again, you're only 80 meters away from Lisbon's busiest Avenue, with its high-end stores, restaurants, antique shops, theaters and bars.

CHECK-IN POLICY
Check in and check out will be arranged according to your needs but always respecting the previous and next guests. I will always try to accommodate you after your arrival and let you stay until you have to leave. If i have other guests checking in or out on the same days, then check out will be at 12:30 and check in at 14:30.
No check in after 24:00.
After your reservation is confirmed you will receive a guide with all the information about the apartment (available in Portuguese, French, English and Spanish). Please provide me with your flight numbers and estimated arrival/departure times.

CLEANING
The apartment will be delivered clean with bedding and towels changed. In case the length of stay exceeds one week, we can provide cleaning service and change of clothes upon request for an extra cost.

HOUSE RULES
Make sure you always turn off the heater before you leave the apartment for your daily tours.
When entering or leaving the building shut the door gently. Your neighbors will thank you.
NO NOISE AFTER 23:00
Please don't smoke inside the apartment. If you really, really need to smoke do it on the balcony.
Use the balcony wisely.

Loosing the key implies the payment of 20€.
