"The Martinique" is a 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom villa with 1910 total square feet of living space.  It is located at the end of the terrace, has a covered entrance porch and parking for two cars.

The new pool and Clubhouse is open. There is a jacuzzi and 2 water slides. The Clubhouse has a restaurant, bar, mini mart, business center and gym.

This spacious, airconditioned townhome offers living space over two floors.  There is a queen master suite with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath on the ground floor and flat screen tv with cable.  There is also an additional powder room together with the open plan kitchen, dining and living area.  The living room opens onto a covered patio at the rear of the property.

Upstairs is a king master with en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath), large wardrobe, flat screen tv with cable and balcony.  There are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.  All bedrooms comes with flat screen tvs.  Linens and bath towels are included.  There is also a washer and dryer in the home and a safe to store your valuables.

Free internet access (wifi) is available, as well as cable tv and calls to the US and Canada.  We can also supply baby equipment such as chair gates, a high chair and travel cot if needed for a small fee.
