The 2 room apartment is fully furnished and equipped and includes a double bedroom, living room that can be converted into a second bedroom, bathroom, fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV, wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning.

Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, 2 rings electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, cooking and dining utensils (pans, pots, plates, cups, cutlery etc.).

Our apartment is located in Colony Beach - a seaside resort at Bat-Yam Riviera, surrounded by palm trees and flowers, a place that is just minutes from Tel-Aviv Center and less than an hour from Jerusalem.

Colony Beach has its own outdoor swimming pool (and a small pool for little children in the summer), 2 saunas (wet and dry), modern gym, private parking and direct access to the sandy beach.

Synagogue & Sabbath lift, grocery store and launderette are conveniently located on the premises.

The lobby's reception desk is staffed 24\7 and on-site management team provides round the clock security and ensures that public areas are carefully maintained.
