Beautiful independent villa with private pool located in the hills of Montecatini Terme with stunning views over the Tuscan hills. The recently renovated Villa looks like a 'friendly' country house equipped with the most modern amenities. Outside there is a parking area, a large garden built on different levels, with several well-equipped terraces for a relaxing holiday. At the highest level a nice terrace with swimming pool and a hot tub. At the lower level; a space dedicated to outdoor furniture for delicious outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner as the Tuscans do. There is also a barbecue. Upstairs are four bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and stunning views. For our youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. Around the villa there are numerous attractions, including the famous thermal baths of Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Terme, a theme park dedicated to Pinocchio and Versilia with its beaches and nightlife. The owners Anna and Paul, live in the house next to the Villa, but share neither the garden nor the pool with the guests, but ensure that everything is always well taken care of.
