Located near the Universidad Central in La Gasca neighborhood affords everything for the traveler, including nearby supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, La Mariscal (with its many tourist-friendly restaurants and nightlife), colonial downtown, and public transportation.
The Teleferico is just a few minutes from the house, where you can enjoy a marvelous sight of Quito. Metro is the public transportation, which goes across the city from north to south, within a walking distance.
Spacious and bright common spaces. The living room allows you to share experiences accompanied by good music, the yard is perfect to relax enjoying a hamaca or BBQs and our kitchen has everything you need, terrace with a marvelous view of Quito night or day.
I speak English at an advanced level and I am available to accompany visitors throughout the city for walks, sight-seeing and even ventures outside Quito, the fee will depend on the site to be visited.
