A beautiful open plan Villa with 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and seperate kitchen. The villa has a private 8x4 meter swimming pool, 2 terraces and private parking.
Inside there is a spacious entry hall with the first double bedroom on the right. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for two people, with bedside cabinets and extra storage under the bed. There is a ceiling fan for summer with a seperate en-suite which has a shower cubicle basin, toilet and more storage.
Further along the entrance hall there is a large full bathroom on the right with bath/shower, toilet and basin with vanity unit.
The third room along the entrance hall is the second bedroom which has twin beds, sufficient wardrobe space for two people and a ceiling fan for summer.
The last room along the hall is bedroom three which has twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe space for two people and a ceiling fan also. It has gorgeous views overlooking the pool.
The lounge/diner and kitchen are on the left side of the entrance hall. The lounge has double aspect sliding doors which are ideal for summer and can be opened fully. There are two sofas, a large 32" television with satellite, DVD player, Pay as you go internet access and log burner for winter. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, large fridge/freezer and granite surfaces throughout.
The property offers perfect alfresco dining, and spectacular views of the Sierra Almijara mountains. It is quiet and secluded, but within easy drive of the picturesque town of Cómpeta.
