Conveniently located just a short walk from Walking Street and less than 100 metres from Second Road, pretty much everywhere in the centre of Pattaya is easily reached. Between the two bedrooms is a large, luxury bathroom, complete with big bathtub, separate, spacious walk-in shower with both rain shower and hand held washing attachments.

The City Garden development is rightly regarded as one of the finest developments in the centre of Pattaya and has an excellent selection of communal amenities. As well as the large communal swimming pool and sun terrace, there is a gym, underground car-parking (with security card protected basement elevator), in-house laundry, in-house restaurant/cafe, management office and 24 hour manned security gate at the entrance to the development.
