DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms. One of the rooms has its own bathroom, and there is another for the remaining rooms. The large top floor balcony is common to two bedrooms and has two sun loungers, ideal for relaxing with the ocean as a backdrop.

The lower floor also offers another balcony and the view is superb in either of the two: the Atlantic and the sea promenade - in some days to enjoy the scenery that invites to pleasant conversations during the setting of the sun, and others to down and enjoy a relaxing walk in the late afternoon even at the door.

It is within that floor are the other rooms: living room and dining room, kitchen, one bathroom and laundry.

This duplex also offers parking for one car, and kitchen and laundry equipped.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW

The Lido is typically known as a tourist area and it is no accident. After a day sightseeing around the island, nothing better than returning home to rest. But not before enjoying the delights of Madeira: this building is surrounded by typical restaurants and lively bars for a drink after dinner. Or, if the appetites are others, enter the supermarket side of the building, up to the apartment, prepare your meal and enjoy it with sea view.

The renewed Lido beach, recovered in May 2016, is only 10m walk, and Ponta Gorda to about 5m. Both offer pools, sea access and restaurant. Praia Formosa, the typical pebble and black sand, lies about 10m away.

GETTING AROUND

To get from/to airport, there is a aerobus stop within 3 minutes walking distance from the house or you can ask us to arrange a taxi transfer with our local and trustworthy partners. Cheaper that the airport taxis!

All necessary linens and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and baby's tub can be arranged if necessary. We have a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and an anti-fire blanket on all properties.
