3 Bedroom Apartment in Hannover

Nice newly and fully-equipped 3-room apartment for a maximum of 4 persons. There are two single beds (80 x 200cm) and one double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe is in the bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, an armchair, table, satellite TV and stereo. In the kitchen there is an ceramic hob-oven, extractor hood, refridgerator + freezer, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, kettle und coffee-machine, etc. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub. Pets not allowed. In general, it is a non-smoker apartment. But there is a balcony for smokers. Our accommodations are normally privately inhabited. The persons living in these accommodations will leave them for your own use during the time of your reservation. Please keep that in mind.Please advise us as soon as possible of your time of arrival. On your date of arrival, the keys will be handed over to you directly inside the apartment/house booked. There will be a deposit taken by the landlord: 1 room apartment / Private room in a house or inside an apartment = 100,- EUR 2 room apartment = 200,- EUR 3 room apartment = 300,- EUR 4 room apartment = 400,- EUR 5 room apartment or house = 500,- EUR Please hand over the deposit in cash directly to the landlord/landlady on your day of arrival. The deposit will be handed back to you on your day of departure or when you hand back the keys, respectively. Sheets, bedlinen and towels are included in the final price. Free intermediate cleaning is possible on demand and for an extra fee. If the accommodation booked provides W-LAN, it will be free of charge. Living rooms in which there is a sleeping facility installed are considered as bedrooms. Please keep in mind that the apartments/houses are normally inhabited by the landlords themselves. Only for the duration of your booking the accommodations will be left for your own use. Concerning bookings of private rooms inside apartments or inside private houses the accommodation will be shared with the landlord.
