The space

This amazing villa is located in Amsterdam. Located at waterfront on a green private island, which can be easily reached by an authentic bridge (less then 1 minute walking). Wake up in this sunny villa in a private and quite area. Make a morning dive from the private swimming lather into the clearest water of the Netherlands.

The villa has around windows and when you look outside you will see the amazing view of the Vinkeveense Plassen, In every corner of the house you see collector items art from colourful paintings, sculptures till even life size art horses.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a wardrobe. The second bedroom is a comfortable double bed couch and when you wake up you look out of the window over the gorgeous water. The kitchen has all the needed cooking gear, from a stove, water kettle, microwave till dishwasher to prepare a nice dinner. Tea and coffee are available. The bathroom is large and comfortable with a shower, bath, sink and toilet. There is a separate second restroom in the house available.

Outside you have a large terrace with table and chairs, which gives an amazing view over the water. In summer you can have a nice outside dinner. There are in the garden picknick tables painted by artists. Take the time to enjoy the gorgeous sunset and look at the boats.

The villa is excellent suited for business guests. Available are clothes hangers, hairdryer, iron (upon request), alarm clock (upon request) shampoo and soap. Also there is fast WIFI internet and a computer friendly workspace.

Guest Access
The villa is located at a small private marina and you will get the access code of the gate. The house is completely private for you. The car can be parked safely and free. If you come by boat there is a free boat space infront of the villa.

Interaction with Guests
The host Kristien will give a warm welcome upon arrival and give you a tour and explanation about the villa and things to do in the area. During your stay you can always ask Kristien questions and maybe she will reveal more about the art sculptures she makes.

The Neighbourhood
Directly located in the boating area of Amsterdam. The villa is located at a small private marina. In the street life various famous artists, football players and succeeded entrepreneurs. The street has various nice restaurants where you can have breakfast and/or dinner varying from different price ranges. Stroll down the street for a nice evening walk and look at the amazing large villas.

Transport
The house is centrally located between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum. Amsterdam can be reached easily by car in 12 minutes. The airport Schiphol is close, by car only 22 minutes. Public transportation connection of the house is good. The bus station is only 1 minute walking distance and has good connection to Amsterdam (approximately 35 minutes by bus), Utrecht and Hilversum.
