Cosy 2-room apartment in old town of Hanover. Location: Old Town. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring the great surroundings. Whether you plan a visit to the mansion park, museums, theater performances, concerts - the city of Hanover offers a range of cultural and leisure activities. Many shops, cafes and restaurants keep a number of activities. Facilities: Apartment with 2 rooms, bathroom with hair dryer and iron, fully equipped kitchen, balcony. Electrical appliances: TV, electric stove, fridge, kettle, hair dryer, iron Sleep: There are a single bed and a sofa bed available. Service: Cleaning service 2 times a week, change of linen every fourth day and of the towels - 3 times per week. Our accommodations are normally privately inhabited. The persons living in these accommodations will leave them for your own use during the time of your reservation. Please keep that in mind.Please advise us as soon as possible of your time of arrival. On your date of arrival, the keys will be handed over to you directly inside the apartment/house booked. There will be a deposit taken by the landlord: 1 room apartment / Private room in a house or inside an apartment = 100,- EUR 2 room apartment = 200,- EUR 3 room apartment = 300,- EUR 4 room apartment = 400,- EUR 5 room apartment or house = 500,- EUR Please hand over the deposit in cash directly to the landlord/landlady on your day of arrival.

The deposit will be handed back to you on your day of departure or when you hand back the keys, respectively. Sheets, bedlinen and towels are included in the final price. Free intermediate cleaning is possible on demand and for an extra fee. If the accommodation booked provides W-LAN, it will be free of charge. Living rooms in which there is a sleeping facility installed are considered as bedrooms. Please keep in mind that the apartments/houses are normally inhabited by the landlords themselves. Only for the duration of your booking the accommodations will be left for your own use. Concerning bookings of private rooms inside apartments or inside private houses the accommodation will be shared with the landlord.
