Rental Details
The unit is one of two similar units on the 1st floor, and has it's own parking and paved driveway. The two porches (one with a hammock) will allow you to absorb the view and nature.
The building is on a private end lot, so there is no thru traffic or adjacent units. Quiet is an understatement.
The beach is awesome: if you walk it's 15 mins, if you drive 5 mins. The best months for swimming are March-September; the winter months are more unpredictable for sea conditions (the surfers just love that).
It's a 10 minute drive to Road Town (shopping and activities), but a 4x4 will be needed for access to the apartment. It's an uphill 10min walk out to the main road (Ridge Road) that will then take you to town.
