2 ROOMS AVAILABLE I THE SAME APARTMENT, 1 DOUBLE AND 1 TWIN, IN BOTH OF THEM IT IS POSSIBLE TO ADD A SINGLE FOLDING BED TO GET A 3RD PLACE. (the folding bed is cm 80 large and cm 180/185 long).

The flat, where me and my husband live, is located in a quiet and green riverside area in the West South of the City Centre at just a few minutes walking from Glasgow HARBOUR, and Govan Pier. BBC studios, IMAX and the Digital Media Quarter, Exibition Center, the Hydro, SECC (Scottish Exibition and Conference Centre), Ibrox Stadium. Harmony Studios - Theater (acting studios) is at a walking distance. University of Glasgow is just at 3 stops by subway (about 5 mins). City centre is at 10 mins by subway too. Festival Park and Elder park and Bellahouston park are at a walking/bus distance.

M8 is at 1 mile and 5,9 miles to Glasgow International airport.

The flat is surrounded by, shops, library, Govan Cross shopping center (just 1 min walk), ASDA 24h.

Since the subway and bus station are just at the opposite side of the road, it is very easy to reach any place, both in Glasgow and outside. I can supply you all the information how to use at the best the public trasport and at a very cheap price!

Flat description:
In the flat there are available 2 double bedrooms newly decorated and furnished (the listing is per 1 room) they are 1 double and 1 twin, may have other guests staying during your visit however we will make every effort to ensure to everyone a pleasant stay.
There is unlimited access to our comprehensive kitchen facilities during your stay- oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, storage & utensils.

There is a shared bathroom and toilette, dining and living room.

DOUBLE BEDROOM:
This room can host 3 people, adding a folding bed (the folding bed size is cm 80 wide and cm 180/185 long).
The room is furnished with a double bed along with 2 bed side tables, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a 32” led TV that you can use to plug a memory stick in too other than see free view/cable TV and Sky TV. The room has a large window looking on the front of the building. Towels are regularly provided throughout your stay and a hair dryer and iron and board are always available. Mattress with high quality memory foam topper, king size duvet. New carpet.

THERE IS A TWIN BEDROOM LISTED SEPARATELY, IF NEED MORE THAN ONE ROOM, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM
There is comfortable corner sofa with coffee and nest tables, a wall mounted 42" SMART LED TV, electric fireplace, computer , SKY Tv and free WI FI for you to use. The living room is large with a big window and new carpet. The dining area has laminate floor and there is a big table with 6 faux leather chairs

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with everything you might need, there is a fridge freezer. The cupboards and fridge are always stocked with free milk, free coffee, free tea etc. You have use of all of the appliances such as the cooker, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine etc and washing tablets are also included throughout your stay.

SUPERMARKETS
1 minute walk to Govan Cross Shopping Center with 3 supermarkets (Home bargain, Iceland, Farm food), there is the post office too. Asda 24h is at a distance of about 1 mile and at 1 stop by the subway you can reach Morrison's supermarket and at a short distance from it there is Sainsburys too. By the subway you can reach other brand of supermarkts, there convenient package to travel unlimited by the subway, buses, trains.

HOUSE RULES
We are not smoking hosts and IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE AT HOME. Please eat only in the kitchen or dining room. Please do not loud in the early morning and in the late evening and don't use a high volume at the tv during the late evening. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. No pets. Leave your shoes in the cupboard at the entry of the flat, to keep a good hygiene in it. Please keep in clean order everything you use in the kithcen, bathroom and any common area, as well as your room.
