A beautiful, charming, 4 bed / 2.5 bath, Fair Oaks home with clean open floor plan and well kept spacious yards. Truly a natural, park-like setting that's close to great amenities, minutes from the American River, Folsom Lake, and Downtown Sacramento and a short drive to Tahoe and the snow-capped Sierra Nevada Mountains, San Francisco and Napa Wine Country. Enjoy the spa, pool, hammocks, great music, WiFi, and a cool vibe in this 1950's custom home / design studio. The unique town of (chicken-filled) Fair Oaks nearby has a beautiful main street with shopping and restaurants. The place is also close to some amazing food like Sunflower Natural Food Restaurant and the delicious baked goods at Dianda's Italian Bakery and Cafe. Close to everything fun. You'll love it!
The home has 2 levels which best accommodates 1-5 people from 1 to 30 days. The upstairs is the main rental area with me working and staying in the downstairs office as needed when larger groups stay. For bookings of 1-2 people, I prefer to share the upstairs space, but guests will still get plenty of privacy and of course their own bedrooms.
