Welcome to Peaceful Waters! A retreat off of Case Inlet in Puget Sound. Perfect all year round.

• Launch your boat just down the road from the home at Port of Allyn and Fair Harbor Marina. Or boat in an leave your boat at either port or moore it just off shore. Smaller boats and Jet-skis can be beached at the property.
• Plenty of games and activities provided for all ages.
• Stocked items for use by guests (life jackets, rafts, toys etc.)
• Wood burning Chiminea on the deck.
• Secluded, peaceful and quiet yet just a minute from the town of Allyn for dining, entertainment and shopping.

Full Description:

Enjoy waking up to exquisite sunrises over the water while you grab that perfect cup of coffee and make a wonderful breakfast in our well stocked kitchen.

From the large deck just off the living room watch a variety of coastal birds such the Bald Eagles as they teach their kids to fly and reflect as Herron fish for their daily meal.

You can relax in deck chairs by the chiminea facing the inlet or sit by the fire pit just steps from the water.

Have kids? Or just a big kid yourself? The flat lawn area out back is perfect for throwing a ball, Frisbee or using any of the many toys stocked for your amusement. Then, just walk to the waters edge of our 150' no-bank waterfront. Cast a line and see if you can grab any of the seasonal Salmon which swim just off shore. Or use it to launch an inner tube or floaty when it's hot. The water can reach 72º in the summer because of case inlets shallow nature.

If the tide is out it's a perfect time to go for a walk along the beach or digging for clams. That's right! Feel free to dig and eat any that you find in the tidelands. The shoreline is mainly small pebbles so no need to worry about breaking an ankle.

Then go Kayaking or use a stand up paddle board to tour the coastline or paddle out for a burger at Leonard's Beach house.

All done on the water? With newer windows, plumbing and other updates you'll feel comfortable all year round. The energy efficient heatpump will supply plenty of heat AND air conditioning for those too hot summer days.

Ready to call it an evening? Cook up a hearty meal (maybe that salmon you caught?) on our large grill while enjoying the heat from the Chiminea. The large table and chairs help to accommodate big parties of people but more built-in seating and additional chairs are available. Turn on the string lights for that outdoor restaurant feel or keep them off and actually be able to see the millions of stars.

The house itself has a beachy feel with plenty of space for everybody. You'll enjoy three bedrooms (two of which have en suite baths), separate sitting / game room, living room with real wood burning fireplace for that cabiny feel, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and dining area. Every room except back two bedrooms get glorious water views.
