Well, we have very nice neighbors, helpful by heart. The environment is so peaceful with natural & romantic settings as an excellent treat, and secure even at quiet night.
Getting around
My home is near the airport in a village called Phum Kok Dong ( near Kok Dong primary school, north-west of Siem Reap provincial Police headquarter). Takes minutes away by Tuk Tuk or car from downtown or can even walk from the airport..
Public or private transports is available most of the time. Easy for city or ancient temple touring.
Quite convenient to find local food stalls & restaurants which serve authentic real Cambodian food with less than one dollar for most of the dishes which you most likely couldn't find it at the city center.
In addition, village tours is also very interesting & attractive which gives you the chances to explore real Cambodian life with less cost to you since it's not far from the downtown. this could greatly enhance your experiences in Siem Reap.
