Gianni

Holiday home Gianni is a cute small, wall house in Valbanodon. A small village in the vicinity of Fazana and the Briuni Island, and a few kilometers away from Pula, the important roman city in Istria. Holiday house Gianni has a kitchen located on the ground floor, with a gas stove and the refrigerator. The dinnig room and the living room are a unique space. On the first floor there are located two bedroom with double beds. The holiday house has a toilet with a shower. The parking place is availeble in front of the house, Wi-Fi is free. Valbandon is a new tourist resort with hotel facilities, one of the most modern car camping and accommodation facilities in private homes. The beaches are adapted for family holidays with sports and entertainment facilities (soccer field, basketball, table tennis, volleyball, rent canoes, kayaks, wind surfing and boat, daily restaurants, restaurants with live music, etc.). A shop is located at a distance of 300 meters from the house. Distance from the sea is 700 m. Valbandon is located 2 km from Fažana, the old Istrian town and port of Brijuni National Park (about 2,000 residents) and 3 km from the ancient city of Pula (about 60,000 inhabitants). At distances up to 1 km there are tennis courts, swimming pools, bike paths along the coast. All necessary infrastructure (post office, bank, church, market, etc.) Is located in Fazana, or in Pula.
