"Tenuta Sospesa" is a wonderful Villa in a private estate converted into a fantastically sculpted park filled with every variety of flower: roses, wisteria, trees laden with figs and apricots, majestic cypresses nestled among the perfumed meadows and hillsides of Umbria. A swimming pool, lounge areas shaded by pergolas, swings and games for children, together with a wood-burning stove for unforgettable pizzas under the stars, make this the perfect place to relax.

Our self-contained apartment can accommodate 2 people and comprises a comfy living room with exposed stonework, a well-equipped kitchen, a charming and comfortable double room and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has also a private garden with solarium, orchard, gazebo area, BBQ and parking. Other services include: Wifi, TV sat, stereo, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, barbecue, parking and an airport shuttle service. We can also offer babysitting, Italian lessons onsite from a qualified teacher and Italian cookery lessons.
Lots of adventures are to be found in the surrounding area: take a boat to the island on Lake Trasimeno, explore the national parks of Umbria or visit the exquisite hill towns of Perugia and Assisi. “Tenuta Sospesa” has a unique location, perfect to discover not only Umbria but also Tuscany (only 30 minutes drive) and Lake Trasimeno (15 minutes drive) where you can experience many water activities and sports. It is not far from the A1 Motorway that connect to Florence in 1h30 and to Rome in 2h00. Tenuta Sospesa is located only 19 km from Perugia with it’s small but yet international airport (Ryanair direct flights from London Stansted and Bruxelles Charleroi). As a result, it 'a great starting point to visit all the middle Italy and many places of interest in the surrounding area such as Assisi, Siena, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Spoleto, Cortona and Val di Chiana, Gubbio, Todi, etc.. Finally, the estate overlooks the beautiful historic village of Montepetriolo and it is situated at a stone's throw of the medieval Cibottola Castle. L’appartamento può alloggiare 2 persone ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno in tipico stile umbro con travi in legno e pietra a vista, una cucina ben attrezzata, una camera doppia di grande charme e un bagno confortevole e spazioso. La camera può essere allestita come 'matrimoniale' o con 'letti separati' a seconda delle esigenze. Su richiesta mettiamo a disposizione anche lettini con le sponde per bambini. L'appartamento possiede inoltre un grande spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo: area solarium, incantevole gazebo, zona barbecue, parcheggio ed un ampio giardino privato con alberi da frutta (è possibile raccogliere e mangiare i frutti di stagione direttamente dagli alberi).
