This modern 1 bedroom apartment is very well equipped. It's a cozy and comfortable place. In the bedroom, a brand new double bed with dimensions 150cm x 190cm with a good quality mattress. The bathroom features a bath and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc ...) as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.

In the living room there is a confortable sofa and a dining table for 4 persons. There is also a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Air conditioning / heating throughout the house. Internet wifi 4G Flat screen TV with USB connection Private parking and a storage room where you will be able to leave rental bikes, beach equipment, etc ...

This apartment is located in a beautiful residence with a swimming pool and paddle courts (free access). The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st, the paddle is open every day of the year from 9am to 11pm. The apartment is 100m from the Mall "Arena Multiespacio" where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. This mall is open every day of the week, including Sundays.

Near the apartment there are also supermarkets, outdoor cafes and restaurants with a friendly atmosphere and a varied cuisine. It is a perfect accommodation for visiting Valencia and surroundings or for a professional stay. It is very well connected, you can reach the historic center of Valencia by bus or metro, in only 15 minutes. The bus stop is next to the apartment and metro station is at 5 minute walking.

You can also reach Valencia beaches in 20-25 minutes by public transportation or 10 minutes driving, and you will enjoy the immense sandy beaches of the city of Valencia: Malvarrosa beach, Las Arenas beach, Patacona beach. Finally, only 10 minutes from the apartment you will leave the city and enjoy green spaces for biking, jogging or walking in the green orchards of Valencia and you can taste the best “horchata” in the town of Alboraya.

Please note: for stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water, electricity and gas) are included untill 100€/month, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit.
