This apartment in Venice is on the ground floor, in front of the typical Venetian canal, it has an independent and private entrance and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, offering the possibility to have one extra place on a sofa-bed, bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, there is an iron board with iron, toaster, kettle, hair-dryer, microwave, air-conditioning and self-contained heating system.
