The house is located 3 km from the nice town of Cazals where everything can be found; shops, restaurants, bank, post office, market, tennis court and a swimming lake with a beach and paddle boats. Two golf courses within a half hour drive (Vitrac and Siorac). Dordogne and Lot, at equal distances (about 25 km), are definitely worth a visit to see their medieval attractions, such as the famous caves and castles. For the adventurer, you can also canoe or kayak to explore the attractions.
