The home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. It's bright, functional, yet oozes period charm with hardwood floors, chandeliers, original art, balconies, Art Deco sconces, hand-painted tiles and much more.

Guest Access

This is a second story unit with stairs. The ENTIRE top floor apartment is yours and you have your own private entrance.
Your will have your own private driveway that can accommodate 2 cars.
The back garden is designed so that you have your own backyard "room".

The Neighborhood

The West Adams district is an upscale and vibrant neighborhood known for charming 1920s Spanish and Deco architecture. The neighborhood is just south of Hancock Park and east of Beverly HIlls.
This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet it's centrally located making it an ideal base for your visit to LA.

Getting around

The subway extension is being built! In the meantime, a car is recommended for getting around.

Guests are required to sign our short-term rental agreement upon arrival. Guest will also be requested to place a card on file and a photo ID this is for security purposes to help us protect from people abusing our Property. Rental Agreement is a list of property rules and city regulations for short term rentals.

Blocks from the 7, minutes to DTLA and only a few min drive to the beach! Walking distance to bus stop. Easy access to Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

2 minutes from 10 Fway and 18 minutes to the beach (if traffic angels are with us). You can be in Beverly Hills in 18 minutes as well. Buses are under a 2 minute walk.

All Dogs are welcome except for some restricted breeds or similar size/breed dogs, Please refer to photos.

Maximum of two pets are allowed in this property with $500.00 pet deposit per pet. Please note that Pet Deposits are mandatory.
