This is a split level home with a spacious den on the lower level perfect for entertaining guests. Private driveway, backyard and creative decor that will enhance the experience of your entire trip!

Guest Access

Guests who book The Top Level Hideaway Art Gem will have access to top level of our home including 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, fully stocked kitchen, patio, ceramic grill, large living area and washer/dryer.

With one of the lowest crime rates in East Atlanta, we take pride in the safety of our community. This is a real Georgia neighborhood with real people where children actually play outside. The big surrounding trees provide cool shade with gentle breezes. This area will give you the authentic Atlanta Georgia experience you are looking for. So quiet at night you can drift off in the hammocks and sleep the night away! You won't believe how close you are to the city!
Getting Around

This house is seconds from the highway. Literally less than a minute and you're on interstate 1-20, minutes away from some of the best local attractions. A MARTA bus stop (public transport) is conveniently located in walking distance from the house.

Other Things to Note

Upstairs of this home is spacious with great for families. When both levels of the home are rented simultaneously, we ask guests to be courteous of each other with noise levels and parking spaces.

The ceramic grill requires a short demonstration from the owner before operation. Please let us know upon booking if you will be using the grill so that we can schedule a demonstration for you.

We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests having events and/or parties that:
1. Parties or Events of any kind (including photo/film shoots) that were not approved prior to booking and/or did not adhere to proper event fees.
2. Parties or Events of any kind (including photo/film shoots) that go beyond a reasonable noise level, or threaten harm or damage to the house or any person on or near the premises.
