1.Our prices are based on weekly bookings. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading on the total price of the booking of Euro 60.
2.Prices include 150Kwh of electricity per week which is more than enough to cover normal use of the house including air-conditioning. Any additional consumption is charged at Euro0.30 per Kwh
3.No unaccompanied groups of under 18
4.No pets allowed
