This Provençal \"mas\" is situated in a very quiet location near Montfrin (1.5 km) between the vineyards. Originally, the word \"mas\" meant gentleman's farm, but the French use it more and more often to indicate an elegant and (often) renovated building. And this mas is certainly elegant!

The big domain with a few palm trees and ancient olive trees is completely fenced in and in the 2 meadows there is more than enough space to play or to play soccer, there's also a playground set for the kids. You have a big private swimming pool with massaging function, surrounded by a terrace with lounge chairs at your disposal. Especially mesmerizing is the building next to the pool.

If you walk under the arch, you'll find a seating and dining area with fireplace and a summer kitchen with fridge. You'll spend most of your evenings here! The surroundings are equally charming: the world renowned Pont du Gard (11 km), the stunning Uzès (27 km), the atmospheric cities Nîmes (27 km, with water park) and Avignon (25 km) with the Palais des Papes and its bridge that is sung about in many songs.

Don't forget your fishing rod: Gardon is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the house! Bakery, stores, restaurants and even a market (Tuesday) you can find in Montfrin (1.5 km).
