You have a wonderful unobstructed view over the fields and forests from the house and the garden. You will live on the edge of the tiny village of Rejta, 3 km east of Trhové Sviny. You can go there for shopping, restaurants and all other facilities. Indoor swimming pool in Borovany (9 km). To the north lies the larger town of Ceske Budejovice (25 km).
