This well maintained gite, located on the top of a hill, is ideal for a family or a couple wanting plenty of space. There is a charming children's play area, a covered terrace where you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings, and a terraced garden looking out over the surrounding fields and forests. Inside you can warm up by the wood stoves, the wood is provided by the homeowners. The charming cottage, on a renovated Ardennes farm, is equipped with all comforts. You can take wonderful excursions, such as to the historic centre of Bastogne or the commercial centre of Marche-en-Famenne. You can also play a round of farmer's golf at the owner's place on their agrogolf course. Experienced riders can also go horseback riding in the surrounding forests (stalls for rent at the house). A coach trip is also possible, based on the owner's availability. The many mapped routes will take walkers past many of the most beautiful spots in the Ardennes. The first wood package is offered by the homeowner. An additional wood package can be purchased from the homeowner for 6 euros.
