Palheiro Cottage has an 'Alojamento Local' Licence registration number Calheta - 13/12 and is fully insured.It is set in a quiet rural location yet is within 2.5 Miles of the sandy beaches, the Marina and Lavada walks. There is a local Supermarket, shops, banks and all expected services with a 10 minute walk. The cotage is fitted out to a very high stadard and comprises a lounge/didning area/kitchen with full size oven, 4 plate hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee make, iron and ironing board, 4 place table and chairs, Comfortable 3 seater sofa, coffee table, entertainment centre with 145 Channel T.V. Movies, Music CD's, Computer with internet connection  FREE WiFi for you own tablets etc... FREE telephone service to land lines in over 50 countries., X-Box games console and games, books, board games, cards, domino's etc... for those very occasional rainy days. Through the double patio doors is a spacious balcony with table and chairs and lighting. The views of the Ocean, Mountains and Village opposite are truly awesome.
Downstairs is a double bedroom with double bed, Continental headboard with readinglamps and power points (240v) a fitted wardrobe with dressing table is provided along with a hair dryer. Off the bedroom is the shower room with full power shower incorporating a 3 position handset, large overhead shower heat and body jets. A large hand basin and w.c. A good quality single air bed is available for a third person/child.
All linen, towels, china, tableware, kitchen ware etc is provided and linen and towels are changed weekly or on change of tenant.
