The house was built at the beginning of the 20 th.century, and it was completely renovated in athentic Istrian style in 2004. This house represents one of the most succesfull examples of the restoration of an Istrian house, and offers to its guests an outstanding level of comfort combined with a unique atmosphere of a stone houseover 100 years old. Located on its own land of 300 m2, with a lovely lawn and hundred years old olive trees, the Villa Rošini offers to its guests a swimming pool, a spacious terrace, barbecue with oven and parking places for three cars. The Villa is for 8 people with a total 150 m2. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen with, a dining/livingroom with a table for 10 people and an open fireplace, satellite TV and DVD-player, shower/toilet. On the first and the second floors there are in total 4 double-bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet, satellite-TV and a minibar, one of them with hydromassage shower and an exit onto a spacious terrace with a view of the pool.
