Sun Cottage

One out of our row of single-room cozy and elegant cottages on a large and beautiful ancient estate between Ragusa and the sea, just 400 meters from the main building, a late medieval monastery. Today the monastery is a luxury hotel where you as a tenant of one of the cottages can profit from the service. It is all fenced, well maintained and carefully presented, the owner is an architect and you can tell by the tasteful decor of the hotel as well as that of the cottages. A few hundred meters from the main building you have the houses. One by one they all have stunning views of the open countryside of the highlands and the Mediterranean Sea. The old shepherds houses date from the XVIII century and some are newly rebuilt with the same structure. They are all fenced with typical dry white stone walls that are so characteristic of the region to Ragusa, they have their own parking, private garden, wooden ceiling beams, fireplace, kitchenette and are fully air conditioned. The owners are passionate amateur pilots and hence a private airstrip was built on the estate. Do not worry about the noise, there is almost no use of it.
