Rental Details

Comfy and definitely cooling..our 3 bedroom apt is great for a small family vacation. You will wake up with the magnificient and enchanting hillview which you can see from the living room. Free wi fi provided.The apartment has 2 bathrooms with hot water heaters. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

Master bedroom with attached toilet and a double bed. The second room has two single beds and the third room with one single bed with an additional matrress. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned including the hall area. Apartment sleeps 6 people Additional guest no extra charges unless you request for extra mattress/pillow/blanket it's RM20/set/day.

A two minutes walk to Hard Rock Hotel and the beach. Within walking distance to the popular night stalls. You can also enjoy Penang popular hawker food nearby at the food court or drive to Teluk Bahang for fresh seafood.

There is a nice swimming pool at the apartment. If you are driving the security guard will collect RM12 if you park your vehicle at the apartment car park. Bus stop just a minute away.

-Kitchen equipped with pots, pans cutleries, mugs and cooking gas. Separate cooking utensils and mugs are available for muslim guest upon request, before arrival.

-All beds come with fresh bedsheets, pillows & plenty of storage space.

-Fresh towels.

This is a private owned vacation unit, therefore does not have a check in counter. Kindly advise in advance approximate time of arrival and I will be there to greet and handover to you the keys to the apartment.

I will accept min 2 nights stay during peak season. However, minimum of 1 night is accepted during off peak season.

Electricity exceeding RM250per month for a FULL MONTH rental, the excess will be deducted from the tenant (fr the security deposit)

Check in time is 3pm, check out is 12noon. Early check subject to availability. I will collect a deposit of RM200 refundable upon checking in. Please keep the apartment clean. If you make a mess, break or lost items, the damage will be deducted from your deposit. 

Please treat the apartment as your own. Respect the surrounding neighbours. Let the partying be at the hotel or pub.For smokers, please smoke only outside the balcony. No group motorcycles allowed.

I'm always happy to accept inquiries from potiential but only with a completed profile including a photo & some basic information, along with verification. It's nice to know a little something about potential guests before welcoming them into the apartment.
