Terrazza sul Mare is a beautiful villa in Mediterranean style divided into two cosy, independent apartments situated near Balestrate, a small seaside resort 40 Km west of Palermo. The property enjoys an enviable position right on the beach. Each apartment has its own large, equipped terrace overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare. Furnished with taste and comfort in mind, these spacious apartments are equipped with internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, external shower and bbq. The direct access to the beach - which is shared between the two apartments - is via an easy flight of stairs (about 15 steps) from the terrace of apartment 1. The house is also a great starting point for exploring the beautiful surrounding area: Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani and Segesta are all only a short drive away.
