Rental Details
We are renovating the house this year so it will have completely new dinning room, kitchen, living room and paved terraces. Renovation will be complete by July 2015 and then after we will post new photos.
House is located on a private 1500 m2 property of a pet friendly house (around 110m2), just 3 km away from Old City of Zadar. Booking the house actually means booking the whole property.
Our house has fully equipped NEW kitchen which has a open access, through balcony, to an outside terrace which does have a table and chairs for 6 people. Living room has access to another outside terrace which has another table for 6 and is covered with wine so there is a nice natural shade in summer.
Our house has air-conditioned living room and dinning room.
House is comprised of:
- One large bedroom, bed dimension (2.00m x 1.80 m)
- Two bedrooms with two beds, bed dimensions (2.00m x 0.90 m).
- Two bathrooms+ outside summer bathroom
- Separate kitchen and dinning room: owen, refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave....all you need for cooking.
