An open plan, modern living area with complete modern furniture’s and household equipment. Large picture windows at ground and first floor look out onto the swimming pool area. In the living room there is also a fireplace. On the west side there is a modern, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a small storage room which includes the washing mashine , iron board etc. At the kitchen there are two sets of patio doors which are opening onto the pool area. A open-plan modern, staircase which has view to the living room leads upstairs to the bedrooms. Next to the living room is a separate, brightly decorated dining room with modern dining furniture and patio doors opening onto the terrace and the pool area. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a wall-mounted television and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. There are two more bedrooms with twin beds, one with a shower bathroom also en suite in the same level and one with a bathtub on the ground floor. All bathrooms includes hair dryer. Linen are provided. In the living room there are two sofas which can be used as single beds. The villa is fully air-conditioned in all the rooms and includes many facilities such as a home cinema system, a satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. We can provide extra beds and baby-cots. Further details concerning the outdoor space: Large sun terraces furnished with sun loungers and parasols surround the 6 x 4.5m swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. There is a poolside shower. There is a barbecue for the guests to prepare delicious meals where they can enjoy at the patio dining table and chairs, while watching over the mountains, the old village of Skouloufia and the sea. The area is pleasantly landscaped with lawn areas and citrus trees. There is a private parking in the outdoor space of the villa.
