We offer daily, weekly and monthly stay with adapted prices.

Please note that the villa has a policy of environmental protection;

therefore we encourage responsible use of air-conditioners.

Included in the price of your Suite are 60 units of electricity per day (this amount is

adequate, providing you turn off the air conditioners when you leave your Suite, turn

off those in the living room during the night, and those in the bedrooms when not

occupied).

Excess electricity is charged 7 Baht per unit, 1 unit is 1 kilowatt.

For weekly stay, as we offer discount price, there is no electricity included. **Default rates applies for now till 31st Oct 2011
