Very Nice Room on Como's Lake Lecco

Wonderful and spacious room with spectacular lake view in a house with atmosphere, friendlyness and privacy. Ideal for a stay of relaxation and rest, because located in a respectable residential area and very quiet, away from noises of people and daily traffic.

The house is located on Lake of Como, in Lecco branch, exactely in Olginate, just 5 km from Lecco city: it is a house with an amazing view of the lake.We live in this villa and rent one room for guests who d'like to visit italy and repose.

During the summer the lake is navigable from Lecco to Como, with comfortable boats.

Not far from here there are so many other characteristic towns such Brivio and Imbersago, and they're be reached easily by bicycle through bike path along the lake and river Adda, immersed in the green, with its scents of the Adda North Park.
From home also can be reached in just 10 minutes (by train) Varenna, Bellano, Bellagio, many locations also served by the convenient railway line Milan-Lecco, the station is only 15 minutes walk from the house ..

From the house you can start walking to immerse yourself in the nearby woods with spectacular walks with views of the lake.

It is a detached house, arranged over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is also a large dining kitchen and garden with barbecue area, while the second floor is the 'apartment in which there is the room that we rent with private bath.

In the town, in less than 300mt, there are numerous shops, including restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner.

Me and my husband live in this house and we are ready to provide all the information and support you need for your holiday.
We also offer free use of internet wifi.

For those arriving without a car you can reach easily by train from Milano / Lecco / Como there are trains arriving at the station of CALOLZIOCORTE / OLGINATE. If you inform me upon your arrival we will be available to pick you up and bring you to the house.
