The apartment is located in a detached one-family house. In a few minutes walk to the town center.
Transportation:
15 minute drive to the city center of Dortmund, Bochum, Witten and Castrop-Rauxel. Perfect transport links to the A42, A45, A40 and A2.
With buses and trains to reach Dortmund center in 20 minutes. From Dortmund main station regional trains to all the neighboring towns of the central Ruhr area.

The occupancy rates include all utilities such as electricity, water, heating, DVBT TV, parking space, bed linen, towels, etc.
For additional persons is a folding bed (solid beech) provided with a foam mattress with bedding, linens and towels.
Compulsory services:
In addition, after each stay is a final cleaning fee of 50.00 € (occupancy period of 1 to 7 days) or from 80.00 € (occupancy period of 8 to 30 days) imposed. End-months assignment is 100.00 €.
Optional services:
To the level of quality even with longer holding times equal to maintain consistently high, we offer an option for stays longer than 1 week every 7 days at an intermediate cleaning, with towels and bed linen. The cost is € 30.00. The date for the cleanings we agree upon arrival from each other.
