This is a modern spacious house for up to 5 persons in Sarstedt. Sleeping facilities: 1 double room, 1 single room and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The deposit will be handed back to you on your day of departure or when you hand back the keys, respectively. Sheets, bedlinen and towels are included in the final price. Free intermediate cleaning is possible on demand and for an extra fee. If the accommodation booked provides W-LAN, it will be free of charge. Living rooms in which there is a sleeping facility installed are considered as bedrooms. Please keep in mind that the apartments/houses are normally inhabited by the landlords themselves. Only for the duration of your booking the accommodations will be left for your own use. Concerning bookings of private rooms inside apartments or inside private houses the accommodation will be shared with the landlord.
