Stylish and Modern Apartment near Sea

The apartment is located in the small town of Stobrec, 7 km away from antique city of Split. It is situaded in a family owned house in a very quiet, not often used residental street. Our neighborhood is family oriented and suitable for single people, families with childern and eldery. The apartment is only 200 m away from the city center (bars, restaurants and shops) and few minutes walk away from the beach. Our house has three floors and this apartment is on the ground floor. There is a private parking right next to the house. We always welcome our guests with a free bottle of homemade wine or homemade beer.

The apartment was built in 2013 and offers maximum for comfortable stay. This is 32 m2 apartment with garden exit. There is one bedroom with double bed and comfortable new pull out sofa bed in the living room. The living room is adjoined to the kitchen and dinning area. The kitchen is brand new, custom made in high gloss MDF and it has touch sensitive stovetop, oven, kettle, cutterly, dishes and some basic food for your first days! There is also new and modern bathroom with shower in the apartment with laundry washing machine. The aircondition and flat screen cable TV are placed in the living room.

There is a big garden in front of the house. There is an outside dinning area in the garden. We also grow our own organic vegetables, so you can help yourself with any of the vegetables we have: this is free for our guests. There is a fireplace in the garden and it can be used free of charge, however this needs to be arranged with us in adavance.

The house is aproachable from the main road and there are no stairs to reach this particular apartment. Travel baby bed and high chair for the baby are available in the house.

Stobrec is small and very old town close to Split: it only takes 10 minutes drive to be in the center of Split! Yet, unlike Split it is not crowded or noisy. There are restaurants, shops, pastry and coffee shops, spa centers and pharmacy in the center of Stobrec. You can choose from rocky, sand or pebble beach!
