Welcome! This is a villa on the countryside right in the middle of the island. It is a perfect place to relax and have an unforgettable holiday! It is a one storey house of 140 m2. It has 2 bedrooms and in en suite bedroom in an attached house. The three bedrooms have 2 single beds each. There is a bathroom with bathtub (en suite) and the other one with shower. The villa is simple but very functional. It is a perfect choice for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday. Sit down and chill out in one of the couches in the living room to enjoy a good book, watch TV or have a little siesta. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your vacation: coffee machine, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The patio has space to park at least 3 cars. The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the private 8 x 4 pool or just relax in the garden. The house is just 3.2 km from Inca, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). It is very interesting to visit the three gothic style churches in Inca, “San Bartolomé” monastery and the chapel of “Santa Magdalena” at the top of a hill. “Plaza del Àngel” is a bar area to enjoy nightlife in Mallorca. Alcudia Bay is just 25 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset.
