Rental Details
My apartment is situated in a quiet livingarea close to the city centre. It contains two bedrooms and a large livingroom, small bathroom, and a light and airy kitchen with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains Fløyen and Ulriken. It has three beds and it is possible to fit two in each, but i think it will be most comfortable to be max 4 people in the apartment.
It is situated close to nice outdoor and hiking areas at the mountain Løvstakken.
You will have access to the whole apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. You have access to a washing machine and drying lines.
Outside is benches and a small garden for you to enjoy the sunshine!
This is a quiet neighborhood close to the city centre. Historically it has been a working class neighborhood with workers from the factories and shipyards living here. Nowadays the factories and shipyards have moved, but still the low key atmosphere remains. My apartment is part of a line of brick houses from 1937. Close by are beautiful outdoor areas for hiking at the mountain Løvstakken, one of the least known gems of the 7 mountains that surround the city. Living in this area will give you a chance to explore a different side of Bergen, as well as giving you easy access to all the well known attractions like the fish market and Bryggen.
Several bus lines are leaving for the centre about every 10th minute. If you prefer to walk it is a nice 20 minute stroll to the city centre and a easy bike ride for 5 - 10 minutes.
You can park for free in the street outside the apartment.
If you arrive from the airport, it is a 7 min walk from the bus stop for the airport bus at Gyldenpris.
A taxi from the airport will cost from 350 NOK to 450 NOK depending on the day and the hour.
