ALL EXCLUSIVE APARTMENTS DORDRECHT
In the historical center of Dordrecht and at the intersection of three rivers you will find All Exclusive Apartments at the Kuipershaven. We rent a three apartments on different floors. The apartments can be rented for those who love peace, luxury, privacy and yet wants to be in the proximity of city and water.

All Exclusive Apartments is a historic building from 1896 and consists of three floors. All floors are accessible via the central staircase.
Through the central entrance and be the first on the ground floor hall you will find our All Exclusive Compact Apartment. This apartment is fully furnished and also accessible for guests with walking difficult. In the apartment there is a living room with views over the quay and the rivers. Through the fully equipped kitchenette you enter the spacious bedroom. A full private bathroom is at your disposal.
In our main hall on the ground floor there are also two areas where you cycles and/or extra luggage can be stored.

On the second floor you will find our All Exclusive Riverview Apartment. A spacious and luxurious apartment. from the living room you have a fantastic view of the rivers and the harbor. In the living area is the open kitchen and cozy dining area. You have a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The apartment has a spacious living room with three panorama Windows, allowing guests to enjoy the magnificent view. In the living room you will find a spacious round seat, a comfortable relaxing chair and a large flat screen TV. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room, which is equipped with a 5-burner Boretti gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Toaster, refrigerator and freezer. In the corridor, you will find an extra berth (double bed) with curtain-closing. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. In short, fully equipped. In the bedroom there is a large double bed, large wardrobe and, of course, a flat screen TV. The bathroom includes an extensive shower cabin as well as a hot tub.

On our top floor you will find our All Exclusive Top Loft + roof terrace. An extremely cosy and complete studio with livingroom and bedroom in one. In the bathroom you will find a double jacuzzi, washing machine and dryer. On the spacious roof terrace at good weather you enjoy the magnificent view of the port and the historic port of Wolwevershaven. The terrace is completely furnished with dining table and chairs, 2 Sun beds and a large parasol. A gaz barbecue is also included.
Area: Around our building within walking distance you will find a number of historic buildings, art galleries and restaurants. The Centre of Dordrecht with the Central S square is within walking distance.
In addition to the historical buildings, restaurants and stores is the nature in the immediate vicinity of the Biesbosch also worth mentioning. So you will find in the Biesboschcentrum a complete beverburgt.

Services:
You can reserve a parking space during your stay with us. If you arrive by train or bus then you will be picked up from the relevant stations upon request. Schiphol is approx 45 minutes by train and has a direct connection with Dordrecht.
On arrival, you are welcomed and we explain a number of important items of your apartment. If you want to have an already filled -in refrigerator upon arrival you can give us the list of what you want and on the day you arrive you have your items cold in the fridge.
Bicycles and electric bicycles are in close proximity for rent.
Our apartments are very suitable for day of Dordt, a weekend Dordrecht or a longer period during which you can discover all the sights of the Drechtsteden. The windmills of kinderdijk or Rotterdam.

In het historisch centrum van Dordrecht en aan het kruispunt van drie rivieren vindt u All Exclusive Apartments aan de Kuipershaven. Wij verhuren een drietal appartementen op verschillende verdiepingen. De appartementen zijn te huur voor een ieder die houdt van rust, luxe, privacy en toch in de nabijheid van stad en water wil zijn.
All Exclusive Apartments is een historisch pand uit 1896 en bestaat uit drie verdiepingen. Alle verdiepingen zijn via het centrale trappenhuis bereikbaar.
Via de centrale ingang en hal vindt u als eerste op de begane grond ons All Exclusive Compact Apartment. Dit appartement is geheel gemeubileerd en tevens toegankelijk voor gasten die moeilijk ter been zijn. In het appartement bevindt zich een woonkamer met uitzicht over de kade en de rivieren. Via de compleet uitgeruste kitchenette komt u in de ruime slaapkamer. Een volwaardige privé badkamer staat tot uw beschikking.
In onze centrale hal op de begane grond bevinden zich tevens twee ruimtes waar u fietsen en/of extra bagage kunt bergen.
Op de tweede verdieping bevindt zich ons All Exclusive Riverview Apartment. Een ruim en luxueus appartement. met vanuit de living een fantastisch uitzicht over de rivieren en de haven. In het woongedeelte bevindt zich tevens de open keuken en gezellige eethoek. De keuken is compleet ingericht met groot fornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast en vriezer. U beschikt over een grote flatscreen TV en gratis WIFI. In de slaapkamer bevindt zich een groot dubbelbed, veel kastruimte en uiteraard ook een flatscreen TV. De badkamer bevat een uitgebreide douchecabine alsmede een bubbelbad.
Het appartement heeft een ruime living met een drietal panorama ramen, waardoor u optimaal van het grandioze uitzicht kunt genieten. In de living bevinden zich een riante rondzit, een comfortabele relaxstoel en een grote flatscreen TV. Aan de living grenst de open keuken, deze is uitgerust met een 5-pits Boretti gasfornuis, oven, magnetron, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, koelkast en vriezer. In de corridor vindt u een extra slaapplaats (dubbelbed) met gordijn-afsluiting. U beschikt ook over een eigen wasmachine en een droger. Kortom, van alle gemakken voorzien.
Op onze bovenste verdieping bevindt zich ons All Exclusive Top Loft + Dakterras. Een uiterst gezellige en complete studio met woonkamer en slaapkamer in één. In de badkamer vindt u een tweepersoons jacuzzi, wasmachine en droger. Op het ruime dakterras zult u bij moor weer genieten van het prachtige uitzicht over de rivieren en de historische Wolwevershaven. Het terras is compleet gemeubileerd met eettafel en stoelen, twee zonnebedden en een grote parasol. Een gasbarbecue is tevens aanwezig.

De omgeving: Rondom ons pand op loopafstand vindt u een aantal historische gebouwen, galeries en horeca. Het centrum van Dordrecht met het centrale Scheffersplein bevindt zich op loopafstand.
Naast de historische gebouwen, horeca en winkels is de natuur in de directe omgeving van de Biesbosch ook vermeldenswaardig. Zo vindt u in het Biesboschcentrum een complete beverburgt.
Services:
U kunt bij ons een parkeerplaats reserveren tijdens uw verblijf. Indien u per trein of waterbus arriveert dan wordt u op verzoek opgehaald van de desbetreffende stations. Schiphol is ca 45 minuten per trein en heeft een directe verbinding met Dordrecht.
Bij aankomst wordt u verwelkomt en krijgt u uitleg over een aantal zaken van uw appartement. Indien u de koelkast al gevuld wilt hebben bij aankomst kan dat, geef aan ons door wat u wilt en op de dag dat u aankomt staat hetgeen u besteld heeft koud.
Fietsen en elektrofietsen zijn in de nabijheid te huur.
Onze appartementen zijn zeer geschikt voor dagje Dordt, een weekendje Dordrecht of een langere periode waarin u alle bezienswaardigheden van de Drechtsteden kunt ontdekken. De molens van Kinderdijk of Rotterdam.
