A bathtub in the master's toilet will relax you after a long day exploring the city.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to whip up your meals. You will find a 5-burner gas stove, an electric oven and a microwave oven.

The adjacent laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. If you don't like putting your clothes in a dryer, you can hang your clothes on the laundry rod to air dry.

The building comes with uninterrupted power so storms and power outages will not be a problem.

ou will have access to the entire apartment except for the maid's room which will be kept locked at all times.

The apartment is located at the 4th floor of a 24-storey residential building. There is a doorman on duty at the lobby of the building 24/7.

A swimming pool at the ground floor of the building is available to all residents of the building. The pool is open all day until 8:00 p.m. Please make sure to accompany minors to the swimming pool.
