The apartment is spread over three floors with on the top floor a superb partly covered roof terrace.

The entrance door of the building is shared with the below neighbors and when accessing a set of comfortable stairs will lead you to the front door of the apartment at the first floor. Here you'll find the spacious living room and half open kitchen, from where you access the first bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and designed with great care. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances that allow guests to prepare meals like fi they were at home.

The large living room has a dining area and a living area where the sofa can be converted in a double sofa bed that accommodates 2 people. On both sides of the bright apartment are small balconies that complete the Italian atmosphere in the room. The 'floating' staircase with inbuilt lighting leads to the second floor where from the hall you access the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is small sized with a single bed and the second bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with large wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Again the bathroom is equipped with toilet and shower and finished with design accessories.

Both floors are equipped with air conditioning.

When climbing the second flight of stairs that lead to the third floor you'll arrive at a small area with laundry facilities. From here you access the spectacular covered roof terrace that is furnished with a second kitchen, dining area, lounge area with television and barbecue facilities. Because of the warmth in the summer this is the perfect place for having meals and to enjoy some precious moments in the shade. The sliding doors give access to a small outside terrace where sun loungers have been placed to allow guests to sunbathe in the historic atmosphere with **amazing view**.
